I keep facing a frustrating issue with this app. Almost every time I try to log in, it shows the error: "We are unable to retrieve your location at the moment. Ensure your device has a stable network connection and try again. If the issue persists, consider moving to an open area for better GPS signal and restart your application." The only way to fix it is by restarting my phone, which is very inconvenient. This makes the overall experience poor and unreliable. Please fix this problem to make

Update: I had previously faced the 'Lioness initialization failed' error while trying to verify my identity. The camera wasn't opening and liveness check kept failing. After reporting the issue, I’m happy to say that it has now been resolved. The app is working properly and I was able to complete the verification process successfully. Thank you to the support team for fixing it!"

I am writing to express my frustration with your app. Despite entering the correct email and password, I consistently receive an "invalid" error message. Furthermore, when I try to reset my password using the "Forgot Password" option, I do not receive any OTP on my registered email or phone number. This has made the app completely unusable for me. Please look into this issue and provide a prompt resolution.
